[pgbr-geral] Como configurar o PostgreSQL 8.3 para pt_BR?

Mas não era isso que ele disse... isso aí é sobre compatibilidade
entre bases de dados e LC_CTYPE; o que fora dito era entre /clusters/
e bases de dados.
